CNC milling Models

In our state-of-the-art toolshop we have a 5-axis CNC milling machine to create wooden and foam models. In the early stage of the project, the design can be tested by milling foam. We can create wooden moulds to make polyester prototypes. Rotomoulded parts can be simulated with polyester prototypes. Because we have our own CNC milling machine we have full control of our schedule to make sure we can deliver on time. Cabin interiors can be verified by making a full scale non-functional mockup in foam. Very delicate interior pieces are milled in wood or MDF.
