ISOCAB panels comprise of two steel skins that are injected with a high pressure polyurethane foam, thus creating an insulated sandwich panel. A double tongue and groove jointing method ensures easy quick and stable installation.

The ISO 6 panels being similar in construction have only single interrupted tongue and groove connection. The ISOCAB lock is foamed into the panel at a maximum of 600 mm in order to pull the panels together thus ensuring a secure airtight joint either at the panel or corner profile.

The ISOCAB locking is operating by a 10 mm Allen key, operated through two 90' turns pulling the panels together, and is totally demountable. The external skins of the panels incorporate a single return bend and incorporate a non-ageing close cell compressible seal.
